Plot (components of) mechanical forces
- Parameters:
ax (matplotlib.axes.Axes) – matplotlib Axes instance
trajFile (str) – trajectory file name
parameters (pymem3dg.Parameters) – pymem3dg Parameters instance
logScale (bool, optional) – if adopt log scale. Defaults to False.
frames (list, optional) – list of frames to plot. Defaults to all frames in trajectory file
spontaneousCurvatureForce (bool, optional) – option to visualize components. Default to False
capillaryForce (bool, optional) – option to visualize components. Default to False
externalForce (bool, optional) – option to visualize components. Default to False
osmoticForce (bool, optional) – option to visualize components. Default to False
adsorptionForce (bool, optional) – option to visualize components. Default to False
