Plot (components of) mechanical forces

Parameters:
  • ax (matplotlib.axes.Axes) – matplotlib Axes instance

  • trajFile (str) – trajectory file name

  • parameters (pymem3dg.Parameters) – pymem3dg Parameters instance

  • logScale (bool, optional) – if adopt log scale. Defaults to False.

  • frames (list, optional) – list of frames to plot. Defaults to all frames in trajectory file

  • spontaneousCurvatureForce (bool, optional) – option to visualize components. Default to False

  • capillaryForce (bool, optional) – option to visualize components. Default to False

  • externalForce (bool, optional) – option to visualize components. Default to False

  • osmoticForce (bool, optional) – option to visualize components. Default to False

  • adsorptionForce (bool, optional) – option to visualize components. Default to False

  • aggregationForce (bool, optional) – option to visualize components. Default to False
